--- ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES ---
1. Sponsorship Coordinator
- Create and review MonStar Awards 2020 sponsorship packages
- Build and maintain strong external relationships with potential sponsors, corporate partners, and supporters through securing and leading new business meetings, and maintaining strong relationships
- Seek new sponsors (media/advertising/general support) and meet with potentials including both cash and in-kind support/product from different corporations and foundations
- Roll out and support the marketing team with implementation of sponsor leverage activities, delivery of benefits and negotiated arrangements
- Write high quality external communications documents, including sponsorship marketing materials as required (working closely with the event team)
- Develop and implement sponsorship strategies in order to maximize revenues
- Ensure that all approaches to the corporate sector are tracked consistently, through effective use of tracking spreadsheets
2. University Outreach Specialist
- Create materials and conduct extensive university outreach to inform the community of MonStar Awards 2020
- Locate upcoming events at which to conduct university outreach activities, and maintain a calendar of such events
- Build positive relationships with universities and student organisations
3. Community Outreach Specialist
- Create materials and conduct extensive outreach to inform the community of MonStar Awards 2020
- Locate upcoming events at which to conduct outreach activities, and maintain a calendar of such events
- Identify and engage with key community leaders and relevant organizations whose work is aligned with the vision and mission of MonStar Awards 2020
- Build positive relationships with community partners, schools and student organisations
4. MonStar Awards Judge Coordinator
- Work closely with KOL Coordinators to prepare and tabulate KOLs’ information for the MonStar Awards 2020 judges
- Communicate and manage MonStar Awards 2020 judges to ensure they are updated on the happenings of MonStar Awards
- Key person to brief MonStar Awards judges on the judging criteria of MonStar Awards 2020
- Build positive relationships with MonStar Awards 2020 judges
5. Public Relation Specialist
- Develop press kit materials for media outlets, including press releases, images, pitch letters, case studies, feature articles, and trend stories
- Help maintain the identity and reputation of MonStar Awards
- Evaluate public opinion of MonStar Awards through surveys, polls, and social media listening
- Arrange for press conferences, interviews, and other media and event appearances for MonStar Awards
- Manage media requests in a timely and professional manner
- Support and evaluate the implementation of advertising and promotional activities to ensure all communication is cohesive with the brand image
- Build relationships with new media contacts and maintain relationships with existing contacts
- Organise, schedule, and prepare key leaders for press interviews
6. Digital Content Specialist
- Identifying relevant topics, fact-checking, and analyzing sources to generate information to enhance content
- Target content to specific audiences and look for content that is in demand to create content that is in line with MonStar Awards’ goals
- Write and design content while maintaining an appropriate tone in writing, adhering to the Monsta Asia’s style guide
- Check for errors in grammar, punctuation, and style in content created
- Maintain the editorial calendar by scheduling due dates and tracking content through the editorial process
- Communicate with the team to develop content and ensure that deadlines are met
7. Video Editor
- Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
- Create rough and final cuts
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
- Create an initial proposed storyboard draft of the video
- Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation
8. KOL Coordinator
- Prepare email notification templates for pre and post events
- Prepare feedback form and strategy to obtain its engagement
- Liaise with the public relation team to share content with campuses
- Create a data sheet of KOLs' details
- Manage and communicate with KOL pre, during and post events
